Before treatment
consultation with an aesthetic doctor. We will assess your unique needs and create an individual treatment plan.
Under treatment
Injection with a thin needle or cannula. Relatively painless — anesthetic cream is provided if needed. Takes 30–45 min depending on the area.
After treatment
Minimal downtime. Avoid exercise, sun exposure, and makeup for 24 hours. Slight swelling and bruising may occur. Results build gradually.
Maintenance treatment
Follow-up treatment after completing the course. A single session to maintain the result. Recommended every 4-6 months.

Improvement occurs gradually over the course of treatment. Most people experience the first visible improvement after 1–2 treatments,
but optimal results are only achieved after completing the course. The effect of the treatment typically lasts 4–9 months, depending on
individual factors.
As with all injection treatments, side effects can occur even when the treatment is performed correctly and professionally.
Below is a list of known side effects:
Common side effects (transient):
• Redness at the injection site (may last 24–72 hours)
• Swelling in the treated area (normally 24–48 hours, up to 72 hours around the eyes)
• Small bruises or hematomas at the injection sites
• Tenderness or hypersensitivity in the treatment area
• Small puncture marks that disappear within 24 hours
• Warm sensation in the skin immediately after treatment
Less common side effects:
• Small bumps or lumps under the skin (usually disappear on their own)
• Temporary discoloration or pigment changes
• Prolonged swelling (especially around the eye area)
• Activation of herpes simplex (oral herpes) in susceptible individuals
Rare but serious complications:
• Allergic reaction to the active ingredients (no reported cases with Sunekos, but could theoretically occur)
• Bacterial infections at the injection site
• Granuloma (nodules) requiring medical evaluation
• Vascular occlusion (extremely rare with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid)
• Necrosis (tissue death) — very rare, but requires emergency medical treatment
IMPORTANT: If you experience side effects, or
severe symptoms such as severe swelling, intense pain, white/blue discoloration of the skin, or fever, you must
immediately contact the clinic and report this via our portal.
