Overview & Procedure

What the treatment is and how it's performed

What it is

In buccal facial massage, the therapist massages the facial muscles both from the outside and from inside the mouth, wearing disposable gloves. This lets the therapist reach the chewing muscles and the muscles in the cheeks, which are hard to reach from the outside. The massage releases tension in the jaw and face, and many people find that the face looks more relaxed.

  1. The therapist goes through your health and any jaw problems.
  2. The face is massaged from the outside.
  3. Wearing disposable gloves, the therapist massages the muscles from inside the mouth.
  4. The treatment ends with skincare.

The treatment takes about 30 minutes.
