Mesoestetic for impure skin

What it is

Superficial injections of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids or other active ingredients to improve skin quality. This is not a volume-giving treatment, but focuses on improving the skin's structure, moisture and elasticity from within.

Treatment protocol

Introductory series:

• 2-3 treatments

• Interval: 2-4 weeks

• Effect: Gradually over 4-8 weeks

MAINTENANCE (Critical):

• Profhilo/Polynucleotides: Every 4-6 months

• Restylane Vital: Every 6-9 months

• Mesoestetic: Every 1-3 months

• Without maintenance: The effect decreases over 3-6 months

Procedure

1. Skin cleansing

2. Numbing cream (20-30 min) - optional

3. Marking injection points

4. Injection with fine needles into the dermis

5. Several small injections over the entire area

6. Massage for even distribution

7. Total time: 30-45 minutes

Pain level

Low to moderate. Numbing cream can be used. Many small stings, but minimal discomfort. Some tenderness afterwards.

Downtime

Minimal downtime:

• Small red dots (hours to 1-2 days)
• Small blister marks possible (20-30%)
• Mild swelling (1-3 days)
• Social downtime: 0-2 days
• Can work the same day in most cases
• Makeup from the next day

Healing time

Day 0-1: Small red dots, bumps, redness, possible slight swelling

Day 2-3: Bubbles flatten, redness subsides

Day 4-7: Mostly normalized

Week 2-4: Improvements in skin quality begin to appear

Week 4-8: Optimal effect is achieved

Side effects

Very common: Small bumps, redness, small bruises, slight swelling

Common: Soreness in the treatment area

Rare: Granulomas, infection, allergic reaction

Aftercare

First 24 hours: Do not touch your face unnecessarily. No makeup for the first 6-12 hours. No heat. No intense exercise.

Week 1: Gentle skin care. SPF 50+ daily. Avoid aggressive products.
