Overview & Procedure

What the treatment is and how it's performed

What it is

Foot reflexology is an alternative treatment in which the practitioner presses on specific points on the soles of the feet. The tradition is based on the idea that the points are linked to different parts of the body. This has not been shown scientifically. Many people find the treatment relaxing.

  1. The practitioner goes through your health and your wishes.
  2. You sit or lie comfortably reclined.
  3. The practitioner presses on points on and around the feet.
  4. You rest for a while at the end.

The treatment takes about 55 minutes.
