Overview & Procedure

What the treatment is and how it's performed

What it is

A manicure is hand care with care of the nails and cuticles. The nails are cut and filed into the desired shape, the cuticles are softened and pushed back, and the hands are exfoliated and moisturised. The treatment can end with ordinary polish, gel polish or a nourishing paraffin treatment. There are versions for men and for children.

  • Every three to six weeks, as you prefer.

  1. Old polish is removed, and the nails are cut and filed.
  2. The cuticles are softened and cared for.
  3. The hands are exfoliated and moisturised, often with a short massage.
  4. The nails are polished if you want.

The treatment takes 45–75 minutes.
